1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using RevPilot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RevPilot is a Shopify application that enables merchants to run A/B price experiments on their products. The Service includes:

  • Product price A/B testing
  • Shipping threshold experiments
  • AI-powered pricing insights
  • Analytics and reporting

3. Account Registration

To use RevPilot, you must have a valid Shopify store and install our app from the Shopify App Store. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Pricing

RevPilot offers multiple subscription plans. Current pricing is available in the app and on our website. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

4.2 Billing

Billing is handled through Shopify's billing system. You authorize Shopify to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

4.3 Refunds

We offer a 14-day free trial. After the trial, subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service to harm competitors
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Use the Service for price gouging or deceptive pricing practices

6. Intellectual Property

RevPilot and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using RevPilot, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Results from price experiments will increase your revenue
  • AI recommendations will be accurate

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RevPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevPilot from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may terminate by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
